Are you feeling completely overwhelmed, exhausted and frustrated, you want your baby to be a good little sleeper, and start setting some positives sleep habits! Karen at Parents and Co believes in a holistic approach to infant sleep, that when working to improve your baby’s sleep we need to look at the whole 24 for period and consider baby’s sleeping and feeding within that period! During this sociable, relaxed session Karen will discuss the importance of naps, sleep windows, sleep cues, bedtime routines, comforting and settling techniques. Also there will be plenty of time to ask lots of questions! This sleep session will last 1.5 hours and is ideally suited to parents of babies from birth to 6 months. The workshops are kept small to allow for individual questions and to troubleshoot any sleep issues.


The Virtual Infant Sleep Workshop covers:

  • Realistic sleep expectations/ What to expect from your baby’s sleep?
  • Does sleep need fixing?
  • When does something become a sleep issue? (When it becomes one for your family!)
  • How biology affects sleep?
  • Developing the foundations for sleep: naps, bedtime, bedtime routine and supporting night wake ups.
  • Tips to encourage positive sleep.
  • Gentle strategies for improving your baby’s sleep.
  • Your questions answered.

This infant sleep workshop will provide opportunities to chat with other parents and sleep resources to refer back to!  This sleep workshop also offers 4 weeks of email support once you have completed the session, so you can ask any questions you may have moving forward with your little ones sleep!

Babies are welcome to come along!
